Luxurious Entrance Hall

The Industry I told myself I would never work in.....

I have lived half my life in France and half in the UK.
When I arrived in London, I thought my English was decent… until I had to use it in real life. I came with a plan to stay one year, just enough time to improve my English.
It’s now been over 20 years.

The industry I told myself I would never work in, hospitality, became the place where I truly found myself. I owe that to Chris Corbin & Jeremy King. I spent 14 years growing with them, from Assistant Maitre d’ to Reception Manager, working across different sites and with all kinds of clientele. They didn’t just give me a job, they made me fall in love with an industry I thought I knew.

But love for this industry doesn’t come from the surface. You have to shift your perception to see the beauty. Hospitality, when done with heart, is about people, emotions, energy, joy, and growth.
I didn’t just learn how to lead teams, I learned how to lead myself.

During my time at Corbin & King, another opportunity came into my life that shifted my perspective again.

At just 27, I became the co-owner of La Ratatouille, a French restaurant in Baker Street.
It wasn’t a new venture, the restaurant already existed, but it was struggling. My husband and I joined forces with a business partner and took over 50% of the shares with a mission to revive and elevate the business.

This experience was nothing like being an employee. I was running operations, recruiting and training staff, building a loyal clientele, and navigating the challenges of business partnership; all while still working full-time in the day at Corbin & King and running the restaurant in the evenings.

It was exhausting. It was enlightening. And it was one of the most important lessons of my life.

La Ratatouille taught me what it truly means to be a business owner.
It taught me how to manage pressure, grow something from the ground up, and lead in every sense, not just with people, but with vision.

That season prepared me for everything that came next....

Eventually, I moved into a new role as Group Managing Director of a private concierge company in Mayfair. That decision changed everything. It gave me the courage and insight to launch my first company, Etincelle Bespoke Events, where we plan luxury weddings and events with meaning, soul, and unforgettable details.

Later, I created Excelling in Hospitality to mentor and empower others in this industry because I know how much potential is often buried under exhaustion, lack of support, and low self-worth. I have trained, mentored, and coached hundreds of professionals to grow, lead, and fall in love again with their career (and themselves).

Today, I blend mindset coaching, leadership training, and personal development to help hospitality staff, entrepreneurs, and ambitious individuals rise to their next level with clarity, confidence, and joy.

Because no matter where you start, you are never stuck.

People often ask me:

How do you go from planning luxury weddings to mentoring hospitality professionals to hosting a podcast on mindset and leadership?

The truth is, everything I do is connected by one thing: "Love".

Love is at the heart of every business I run and every life I touch.

At Etincelle Bespoke Events, we don’t just plan weddings. We co-create unforgettable memories. We craft experiences filled with joy, emotion, and meaning, not just pretty flowers and timelines.
I pour my heart into every celebration as if it were the only wedding I’d ever plan.

What makes us different is the connection.
My couples don’t just get a planner; they get a partner. We laugh, cry, sip coffee, taste food, and chat for hours. I listen deeply. I learn who they are, what they love, and most importantly what they don’t.
Together, we turn love into something you can feel in the room. Through the lighting. The music. The chairs. The flowers. The staff. The details.
Whether they come from different cultures or traditions, I find ways to bring both worlds together in harmony.
It’s not just about planning. It’s about feeling.

The truth is, everything I do is connected by one thing.......

My mission is simple: to ignite transformation & spread love....

That same energy lives in my mentoring and coaching.

With Excelling in Hospitality, I help leaders, managers, and frontline staff reconnect with their confidence, their voice, and their purpose, not just to perform better, but to feel better.
Because when people feel seen, supported, and empowered, they show up differently.

Through mentoring, events, training, and my podcast, my mission is simple:
To spread love and ignite transformation.
To help others build lives and careers they are proud of, not by fitting into a box, but by becoming more of who they truly are.

But I wasn’t always this version of Jennifer.

I only started embracing my true, authentic self a few years ago when I realised I’d spent too long trying to fit in places that didn’t reflect who I was.
And the truth is: your brilliance only starts to shine when you stop hiding.

Success isn’t a one-size-fits-all.
What others achieve is not your benchmark.
Gratitude, alignment, and joy,  that’s what real success feels like to me now.
And that’s what I help others unlock too.

One of the biggest reasons I stepped into entrepreneurship was to find more balance, especially after becoming a mother of two. I didn’t just want to succeed in my career. I wanted to live with purpose, presence, and joy in all areas of my life.

The mindset work I have done, especially through my mentorship under Bob Proctor’s philosophy, helped me reconnect with that balance. It showed me that success isn’t about choosing between business and family. It’s about creating alignment between who you are and how you live.

Why I created Excelling in Hospitality..

When I was working in the industry as an employee, I kept thinking,
“I wish I had someone to guide me… to show me what’s possible.”

I dreamed of having a mentor. Someone who could help me navigate the pressure, the doubt, the feeling of not being seen and guide me through a beautiful transformation.
But at the time, no one really understood why I wanted that.
They didn’t get it.

So I thought: What if I became the mentor I never had?
What if I could help others see what I now see, that hospitality is actually an industry full of opportunity, beauty, and growth?
You just need the right mindset to see it.

Because here is the truth:
When you change the way you think, the way you see your environment changes too.
You don’t have to wait for everyone else to change.
The power starts with you.

That’s why I created Excelling in Hospitality,  to give people in this industry a space to reconnect with their authentic selves, to feel proud of what they do, and to remember how important they are.

It doesn’t matter what role you’re in, cloakroom attendant, waitress, receptionist, manager. You matter.
You are part of something meaningful.
You contribute to moments that people will remember for life.

But I know how it feels when you don’t see that.
When you feel overlooked.
When your manager doesn’t listen.
When you’re frustrated, tired, and stuck.
When you lose confidence, stop taking initiative, and start doubting yourself.

I have been there.

That’s why Excelling in Hospitality exists, to be the safe space I once needed.
A space to mentor, train, and empower hospitality staff and leaders to level up, grow, and transform, not by pretending, but by reconnecting to who they truly are.

Because when people feel confident, supported, and seen, they show up differently.
And that’s when service becomes powerful.
That’s when hospitality becomes a calling.

The power starts with you.

to help ambitious individuals, professionals, and entrepreneurs shift their mindset and experience a full transformation, from the inside out.

Why I created Your Next Level Up..

While working as a Group Managing Director, I began mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs, not just in business & strategy, but also in mindset, belief, and personal growth.
But the real shift came when I chose to invest in myself.

That’s when everything changed.

Working with one of Bob Proctor’s top 1% consultants and going through the Thinking Into Results program was the beginning of my own deep transformation. It gave me a new way of thinking, living, and leading and in many ways, it saved me.

Because nothing prepares you for hearing the words:
“You have breast cancer.”

It was a complete shock. I was young, healthy, active. I was working out four times a week, living what I thought was a clean lifestyle. And suddenly, I was facing surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy… and the hardest part wasn’t just physical, it was emotional.

As a mother, I felt paralysed.
Paralysed because I couldn’t run my businesses.
Paralysed because I couldn’t be fully present for my children.
Paralysed because I realised how fragile life is and how quickly everything can change.

But in the middle of it all, I found peace.
Because I had my mindset.
I had the inner tools.
And I had a mentor who reminded me who I truly am.

I saw so many other women go through the same treatment and suffer deeply. I did too, but I had something that gave me strength: the mindset work I had done before the diagnosis. And I knew, then and there, that this work was no longer optional, it was my mission.

That’s why I created Your Next Level Up.

To guide women, professionals, and entrepreneurs through their own transformation.
To help them stop chasing, stop hiding, and finally start living.
To help them create success that feels good, not just looks good.

Because no amount of money, success, or strategy matters if you’re not happy.
And happiness begins within.

It’s a safe space where growth feels possible again.

Your Next Level Up, the Mentoring & the Podcast..

Your Next Level Up isn’t just a name, it’s a movement.
It’s a safe space where growth feels possible again.

The mentoring programme I created is here to help you strive to reconnect with the best version of yourself, because that version is already within you. It’s not about becoming someone else.
It’s about acknowledging who you truly are, and bringing her into your reality.

Inside the programme, I guide you to grow, not just professionally, but in every area of your life.
Confidence. Purpose. Joy. Leadership. Fulfilment.
This is where transformation begins.

And then there’s the podcast.

I created Your Next Level Up, the Podcast to speak from the heart.
To share real stories.
To be honest about the moments I felt lost, scared, or stuck and how I moved through them.

It’s your dose of motivation, something you can listen to on the way to work, when you're low, when you need a reminder that you're not alone.

Because we all face challenges.
But those challenges are what shape us.
They bring us closer to who we’re meant to be.

Whether I’m mentoring, speaking, planning luxury weddings, or hosting a podcast episode, my mission is always the same:

To spread love.
To spark joy.
To help you feel fulfilled, confident, and complete, just as you are.

Remember, Become Limitless.
