Fun fact about Jeraldine

I have a serious sweet tooth, dark chocolate is my weakness, and I will never say no to dessert. I’m a cozy, stay-in kind of person who loves simple pleasures, good food, and slow mornings. And if plans get canceled? I’m secretly very happy.

My Story

Meet Jeraldine, a Success and Self-Leadership Coach who has spent over a decade deeply committed to self-regulation, inner work, and personal growth. Her journey began more than ten years ago through meditation, yoga, and self-reflection,long before she ever had language for what she was practicing. At the core of her work is one belief: learning how to regulate yourself is the foundation of self-trust, leadership, and lasting success. In 2020, after experiencing a period of physical illness, Jeraldine made a defining decision she would never abandon herself again. That moment became a turning point. As she focused on healing physically, she also committed to going after what she truly wanted, realizing that life is too short to settle and that anything can change in an instant. This decision led her to build her own business and step fully into personal responsibility for her life, growth, and future.Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, to Dominican parents, Jeraldine brings a grounded, real-world perspective to her work. She is fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to her cultural roots. As a mother of two, she understands firsthand the challenges of building a vision while navigating responsibility, limited time, and seasons of uncertainty. As she grew as an entrepreneur, she also experienced the loneliness that can come with personal evolution, outgrowing environments that no longer reflect who you are becoming.Rather than shrinking or waiting for external validation, Jeraldine learned to become her own support system and inner leader. She invested deeply in mentorship and mindset mastery, studying personal development and leadership with Tony Robbins, completing Bob Proctor’s Thinking Into Results, and learning identity-based transformation through mentors such as Kathleen Cameron. Through this work, she strengthened her mindset, self-trust, and ability to lead herself through uncertainty—skills she now helps others cultivate.Outside of her work, Jeraldine values a slower, more intentional way of living. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, and reconnecting with nature through long walks and trail hikes. These moments of presence and grounding are not just personal rituals, they are an extension of the self-regulation and balance she teaches in her work.Today, Jeraldine is rebuilding her personal brand with a clear mission: to help women develop emotional regulation, self-leadership, and the inner foundation required to create aligned success personally, professionally, and financially. Her approach is practical, compassionate, and deeply embodied, helping clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and trust in themselves.
