Fun fact about Jennifer
Highly organised and focused… but there are two things Jennifer has absolutely no control over.
Put on a Latin song and her body responds instantly; hips moving, shoulders rolling, mind switched off. Dance is both passion and therapy, and anyone who’s trained with her will tell you: joy and embodiment are part of great leadership.
The second quirk earned her the unofficial title of Queen of Podcasts. Ask a simple question and you’ll likely receive a 15-minute voice note packed with insight, stories and mindset shifts — the same depth she brings to her hospitality training, coaching and mentoring programmes.
At home, she’s officially ranked “the best mum in the world” by her five-year-old son, who confidently states: “Mum knows everything.” And let’s be honest — children don’t lie.
The school run is sacred. A short daily ritual of bonding, singing and affirmations to set the tone for confidence, self-belief and a positive mindset — values Jennifer weaves into her hospitality leadership training and empowerment work every single day.

My Story
“You are always one decision away from a totally different life.” — Mark Batterson

I’ve lived half my life in France and half in the UK.
When I arrived in London, I planned to stay one year — just long enough to improve my English.
That was over twenty years ago.
The industry I once promised myself I would never work in, hospitality, became the place where I found my voice, my confidence, and my purpose. During 14 years with Corbin & King, I grew from Assistant Maître d’ to Reception Manager, working across iconic venues and learning that hospitality, when done with heart, is about people, energy, emotions, and connection not just service.

Alongside my corporate career, I became co-owner of La Ratatouille, a French restaurant on Baker Street. It was my first real experience of entrepreneurship, running operations, leading teams, building a loyal clientele, and navigating the pressure and responsibility of ownership. Exhausting, humbling, and transformative, it shaped the leader I am today.

Later, as Group Managing Director of a private concierge company in Mayfair, I found the courage to launch my own businesses: Etincelle Bespoke Events, creating luxury weddings and events with soul and meaning, and Excelling in Hospitality, born from a simple belief that this industry is full of untapped potential.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve trained, mentored, and coached hundreds of hospitality professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs. I help people reconnect with their confidence, their voice, and their worth because when people feel seen and supported, everything changes.
My work blends leadership training, mindset coaching, and personal development, shaped deeply by my mentorship rooted in Bob Proctor’s philosophy, "Thinking Into Results,." It’s not about fixing people, it’s about helping them remember who they are.

After becoming a mother of two and later navigating breast cancer, my definition of success shifted. Success, for me, is alignment, joy, and living a life that feels true and that’s what I help others create too.

I created Excelling in Hospitality to be the mentor I once needed.
A safe space for hospitality staff and leaders to grow, feel proud of their work, and realise how much they matter.
Because when people change the way they see themselves, they change the way they show up.
And that’s when hospitality becomes powerful.

Remember: Become Limitless.
