Hi, I am Jennifer

I help hospitality businesses raise their service standards by transforming the mindset, behaviour, and confidence of their teams.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in restaurants, hotels, and luxury service environments, I understand the reality of hospitality, long hours, high pressure, staff shortages, and the constant demand for excellence. That’s why my training goes beyond procedures and scripts.

I work with hospitality leaders and teams to build strong people skills, emotional intelligence, and a culture of ownership, so exceptional service becomes consistent, natural, and sustainable even under pressure.

Because when teams feel confident, supported, and valued, guest experience improves, staff retention increases, and standards stop slipping.

And that’s when hospitality businesses truly thrive.

Why training alone is not enough

Training is essential in hospitality but on its own, it rarely creates lasting change.

Teams can leave a training session feeling motivated, only to fall back into old habits once the pressure returns, shifts get busy, or leadership focus moves elsewhere. Without accountability, follow-up, and ongoing support, even the best training fades.

That’s why real transformation happens after the training.

This is why my work extends beyond on-site training. Through structured follow-up and my online elite mentoring program, I support hospitality leaders and teams over time, helping them embed new behaviors, strengthen confidence, and maintain high standards long after the training day ends.

Because in hospitality, excellence isn’t created in one session, it’s built through leadership, support, and consistency.
