For years, I wore "busy" like a badge of honour.  

​

From 2009 to 2022, I ran up to 3 fast-food franchise restaurants. I was good at it. I was driven. But somewhere between the rush hours and the relentless pressure, my body whispered… then shouted… then shut down. Two burnouts later, I had no choice but to listen.  

​

That's when my real education began.

​

I didn't just want to survive. I wanted to understand why I'd pushed so hard, how to rebuild without breaking again, and what it truly means to thrive. Not just as a professional, but as a woman, a mother, a human being with a sensitive, wired-different nervous system.

Not to collect certificates but to piece together a toolkit that actually works when life feels overwhelming. And it did. My health stabilised, my relationships softened. Then, I started a new business thanks to those new skills and state of mind

My business decisions became clearer. But more than that, I started noticing a pattern.

The women - and few men- who came to me weren't just stressed. They were overwhelmed by the weight of doing it all: the family, the business, the inner critic, and sometimes the neurodivergent brain that never quite fits the "standard" mould.  

​

That's when everything shifted. I'm not just a naturopath or a therapist anymore. I'm a Holistic Success Coach for women who feel too much, think too fast, and give too much until there's nothing left for them. I work with mums, entrepreneurs, mampreneurs, and beautifully neurodivergent souls (ADHD, HPI, HPE, and all the letters in between) who are ready to stop hustling against themselves.

Through 1:1 coaching, intimate group programmes, and soulful retreats, I create spaces where healing isn't a luxury but it's the foundation. Where expanding your consciousness isn't abstract but practical. Where growth doesn't mean grinding harder, instead it means aligning deeper. We don't just "manage stress". We rewrite the relationship you have with your energy, your body, your time, and your worth.
